Save the Children International has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the– Treasury Sanctions and Compliance Manager at London office (Remote working possible)

Scope

Reports to: Global Head of Treasury Operations

Staff reporting to this post: none

Budget Responsibilities: none

In order to be successful you will bring/have:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Strong Excel and general IT skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Treasury risk in the context of compliance, AML and CTF in a multi-national environment.
  • Use of external sanctions screening platforms and SWIFT’s KYC portal
  • Ability to apply and adapt previous experience to fit SCI’s needs and areas for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build credibility and internal networks quickly
  • Proven experience of negotiating and managing banking partners and an ability to understand the impact of regulatory change.
  • Proven experience in a Treasury Operations and or Treasury Risk control environment in a complex organisation, able to work across cultures and work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide an effective control function for internal transfers, currency and money market transactions, and third party payments.
  • Ability to operate within a fast changing environment: adaptable, flexible and supportive approach
  • Prior experience with transactional monitoring systems in a risk compliance environment.

We can offer circa £ per 41,000 annum ( If based in UK) with an option of flexible of working hours
