ipcenter.at is a private vocational education provider from Vienna with 20 years of experience. For a planned GIZ-funded skills development project in Jordan (81271719), we are currently looking for an international expert to fulfill the position of international long-term expert (2021-2023).
The project is about developing and implementing a Labour Market Monitoring and Information System for the local labour market authorities, with a focus on the healthcare labour market.
Tasks of team member:
• • Responsibility for individual work packages of the Contractor
• • Ensuring the implementation of individual measures
• • Coordination of the contractor’s services with other services of the program at local and national level
• • Consideration of cross-cutting issues (e.g., gender equality)
• • On request by the team management: Development and professional maintenance of the professional network
• • On request by the team management: supervision of local and international short-term experts
• • Contribution to impact monitoring
• • On request by the team management: regular and timely contributions to reporting
• • On request by the team management: Implementation of the use of funds
• • On request by the team leader: Support of the AV in updating and/or adapting the project concept, in evaluations and in preparing a follow-up phase
Qualifications of team member:
• • Education/training (2.2.1): University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in labour market or health economics, economics or social sciences
• • Languages (2.2.2): Knowledge of English, C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
• • General professional experience (2.2.3): 5 years of professional experience in the health sector
• • Specific professional experience (2.2.4): 2 years of professional experience in health/nursing care management; 2 years of work experience in nursing education
• • Leadership/management experience (2.2.5): – not applicable –
• • Regional experience (2.2.6): 2 years experience in projects in the MENA-Region
• Development cooperation (DC) experience (2.2.7): 2 years of experience working on DC projects
