As the Philanthropy Manager (Mid-level), you will help lead Compassion UK’s mid-level donor programme. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with supporters who may consider giving at a higher level. You will use personalised communication, primarily through phone and email, to share the impact of giving and encourage deeper engagement.

You will develop creative ways to engage, ask, and thank donors, while shaping long-term strategies to improve acquisition and retention. Working closely with colleagues across departments, you will ensure supporters receive excellent stewardship and feel connected to Compassion UK’s mission to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name.

Location, hours and benefits:

Office-based
*Hybrid working is offered as a benefit.
You will 
work a minimum of 40% of your hours from Compassion House in Fleet, Hampshire, and the office is closed on Fridays.  However, we reserve the right to vary those arrangements in future.
