Job Title: Admin Assistant
Department: HR and Admin Department
Report to: Executive Director
Job Grade: G2

Job Purpose

To provide support in the various admin functions, and to manage day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft announcements, letters, forms, reports, and emails
  • Translate announcements, letters, and email from Turkish to English and vice versa
  • Attend meetings with the management then record notes and write minutes of meeting reports
  • Provide interpretation in meetings when needed from Arabic or English to Turkish, and vice versa
  • The focal point between the management and SF’s HQ and programs
  • Handle transportation and accommodation reservations
  • Travel with the management inside Turkey when needed
  • Respect and apply all PSEA principles, and show high commitment to report any SEA action

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)1. Essential:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration, or related fields
  • 1 year of experience in administrative services
  • Advanced level in English, Arabic, and Turkish

2. Desirable:

  • Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or related fields
  • 2 years of experience in administrative services
  • Fluent in English, Arabic, and Turkish
