The Administrative Assistance (AA) provides a wide range of administrative assistant duties to the Overseas Buildings Operation (OBO) Project Director (PD), management/technical staff, and Contractors for all construction projects at the Baghdad Embassy; specifically, the current Emergency Works and Compound Security Upgrade for Forced Entry/Ballistic Window and Door Replacement (CSU/FE/BR) Projects. These duties include project support for office administration, finance, procurement/logistics, office supplies, processing of shipping documentations travel, and housing as well as maintenance and management of office equipment.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Two (2) years of College or University Study is Required.
Prior Work Experience
Three years (3) of progressively responsible experience in administrative and secretarial work is required.
Level III (good working knowledge) speaking, reading & writing of English (This may be tested)
Level III (good working knowledge) speaking, reading & writing of Arabic (This may be tested)
