Mercy Corps has been working since 2012 providing emergency relief to displaced Syrians inside North Syria Mercy Corps is seeking to establish a Master Purchase Agreement for Supply, Handling and Transportation of Non Food Items (NFIs).
Opportunity Structure
Technical Specifications (for Goods)
Mercy Corps intends to issue a Fixed Price contract to one or several companies or organization(s) for the supply of Non-Food Items (NFI) Kits. The NFI Kits included under this tender have been segregated into three categories,
- WASH
- Emergency
- Livelihood
The offerors have the options to bid for all three or one of the categories for the NFI kits. The Offerors are required to provide the minimum technical specifications according to the Attachment 4 in order to be accepted.
Specifications:
The exact specifications for the NFI items and the kit content is provided in Attachment 4 for all three categories of the NFIs. The Offerors are requested to carefully read the specifications before submitting their prices in the Price Offer Sheets (Attachment 2).

Please note that the maximum size for attachments is 18 MB for email submission. Please make sure to send the submission documents in multiple emails if the size of the files is higher than 18MB. You can also directly share links to the submission files rather than attaching it to an email.
