The Atlas Corps Fellowship is a 12-18 month Fellowship in the United States for the world’s top social change leaders. Fellows serve full-time at Host Organizations to develop leadership skills and learn effective practices through the Atlas Corps Global Leadership Lab professional development series and networking opportunities with other Fellows.
Monitoring & Evaluation and Data Analysis Fellows may build frameworks, collect data, and provide analysis, recommendations, and trainings to drive program design and decision-making at mission-driven organizations. Applicants to this type of role must have at least 2 years of full-time work experience in monitoring & evaluation or data analysis.
Skills might include (but are not limited to):
♦ Framework Development: indicator design, tracking tools, outcome measures, logic models;
♦ Data Collection & Management: cleaning, filing & maintaining data; quantitative and qualitative approaches; tracking tools; machine learning;
♦ Data Analysis: research, reviews, reports, recommendations;
♦ Data Visualization: graphs, pivot tables, infographics, dashboards;
♦ Cultivating Data Learnings, Recommendations & Trainings based on data collection & analysis.
Previous experience & responsibilities might include (but are not limited to):
♦ Develop and maintain monitoring tools: developing outcome measures, surveys, assessments, and electronic data collection templates, study methodologies;
♦ Data analysis & learnings: annual/program impact reports, program tracking, recommendations for improvement, translating for external audiences;
♦ Data Visualization: reports, presentations, learnings;
♦ Data & Analysis training for team or external partners;
♦ Tracking/researching trends, best practices, and relevant products.
