Final evaluation: Citizens for Financial Justice

Christian Aid is looking for an experienced evaluation consultant (or consultancy team) to conduct the Final Evaluation of Citizens for Financial Justice (CFJ). Citizens for Financial Justice is a 3-year EU-DEAR funded project, implemented by a consortium of six organisations: Christian Aid UK (lead organisation), Counter Balance (Czech Republic), Financial Justice Ireland, erlassjahr.de (Germany), Eurodad (Belgium) and Observatori del Deute en la Globalització – ODG (Spain).

The CFJ project aims to support the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by mobilising EU citizens to support effective Financing for Development (FfD). Under the broad FfD umbrella, the project focuses on two specific themes: debt and private finance. CFJ aims to increase and improve the capacity of civil society organisations (CSOs) across the EU to raise awareness of development finance issues, engage in development education activities and undertake advocacy and campaigning on FfD. The project has 37 third-party grant partners.

As the project is coming to an end, the CFJ project team is looking for a consultant (or consultancy team) with experience in conducting evaluations for advocacy projects and a good understanding of development finance to conduct the final evaluation of the project.

Interested candidates must refer to the Terms of Reference available on the CFJ website (https://citizensforfinancialjustice.org/resource/we-are-looking-for-an-e…) and submit their proposals (technical + financial) by 30th of September 2020 to the project’s manager, Ida Quarteyson: [email protected]
