The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from DANIDA for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation entitled WACAFI (West Africa Context Analysis and Foresight Initiative). DRC is looking for a consultant to conduct a market assessment of the needs and potential demand for predictive modeling and foresight analysis products, as well as to identify potential risks and barriers related to the development and dissemination (commercial or not) of such a system, especially on rights issues (intellectual property, access rights, user rights, legal liability, etc.).
