Terms and Conditions:

  • Quotations to be submitted: Quotations to be submitted on 15.03.2021 by 2.30 pm through email to: [email protected] please mention “Quotation for Agreement for “Strip for Hemoglobin meter” in the email subject line.
  • Sample: One (01) set sample of hemoglobin strip must be given along with the submitted quotation. Otherwise the quotation will not be considered for evaluation. The sample will be checked by the user program whether the product is as per their requirement.
  • Submission of Document: Following Documents must be submitted with quotation, otherwise quotation may not be considered:
    • Copy of updated Trade license
    • Copy of updated vat Registration Certificate (13 digit)
    • Copy of TIN Certificate
    • Relevant experience in similar field
  • Price validity and Adjustment: The unit price will remain valid for a period of one year from the effective date of agreement.
  • Supplier Selection: Lowest responsive evaluated bidder will be selected as Supplier for agreement subject to decision of the BRAC Authority
  • Signing of Agreement: A “Framework Agreement will be signed with the lowest evaluated responsive bidder/bidders for 1 Year. Selected bidder/bidders will have to supply the selected item to BRAC as per Framework Agreement.
  • Agreement Validity: Agreement will remain valid for 01 (one) year from the date of contract signing.

BRAC started the TB Control Programme in 1984 as a pilot project in Manikganj Sadar Upazila (sub-district), which was extended to 10 other upazilas in 1992 in order to test the potential of scaling it up. Following the successful outcome in the pilot and the 10 scaled up sub-districts, BRAC was the first NGO to sign MoU with the Government of Bangladesh in April 1994 to expand the DOTS services.BRAC signed a MoU with NTP to increase coverage to 106 subdistricts in 2001 and further MoU signed in 2016. TB service expanded in academic institute, secondary/tertiary level hospitals, prisons, workplaces, remote areas and urban slums.
