IT Specialist

SQS (www.sqs.es) is a Spanish company specialized in performing testing and software quality assurance activities.

Our main fields of work include safety critical systems (rail, medical devices, pharmaceutical laboratories) and commercial systems (administration, telecommunications). Our extensive experience is supported by own methodologies for website validation (functional and non-functional requirements) and mobile applications. Furthermore, our laboratory for load and performance testing is accredited according to ISO 17025 criteria.

Our range of services is complemented by a portfolio of training courses specifically designed for working professionals, covering from the most basic principles of testing to other key concepts such as test management or the infrastructure and tools needed to undertake testing processes.

We are looking for reliable and motivated IT Specialists with 2-3 years of working experience, to join our team in Bilbao, Tenerife, Seville or Madrid. The successful candidate(s) will be required to:

• Optimise software development processes;
• Performe verification and validation activities of systems and products;
• Design and implement automated test environments.

Selection criteria:

Suitable candidates must

• Have a University Degree in Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics or Physics;
• Have an excellent working knowledge of English.

A sound knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset. Due to the expansion plan of the company, this position implies real career development in the mid-term.
