Do you have Master’s degree in Law, Social science, Business and Management, and other relevant study with 4 years relevant working experience; Or bachelor’s degree in similar study with 6 years of working experiences?

What we are looking for

We are looking for consultant, individual or team to review and develop PT ATINA set of policies and procedures based on the ASIC social standard, ILO Conventions, UU No. 3 Year 2013, WEPs and other relevant social, gender and climate resilience standards

Activities

  • Collecting relevant national and global standards, and coordinating with PT ATINA on collecting their corporate policies
  • Reviewing and identifying gaps and consistency of current policies as one whole unit against the standards ie ILO, ASIC, Labor Law, WEP
  • Writing drafts and finalizing the policies
  • Coordinating with Oxfam in Indonesia and communicating with ASIC and ATINA board member and staffs throughout the corporate policies writing process.
  • Reporting and presentation of gaps, drafts, and final policies
