UNDP is looking for 01 International consultant to provide Interview methods training for enterprise surveys.
The overall objective is to train two sets of researchers to conduct unstructured or semi-structured interviews with enterprise managers and owners to identify success factors of relatively large, exporting, private firms in Viet Nam.
Concrete objectives of the assignment include:
- Conducting three training sessions with the research teams, including one session consisting of a sample interview with a business manager or owner;
- The training sessions will be recorded so that they can be used as reference material and to train interviewers on future assignments,
- The consultant will also comment on and assist research teams in finalizing questionnaires for enterprise surveys.
Specific tasks of the consultant will be described in the TOR.
