Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Preparing Leaving No One Behind (LNOB) National Framework. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. 

 

Proposals may be submitted on or before 1700 hours (Nepal Standard Time), Tuesday, June 15, 2021, and via email to [email protected].

 

The technical and financial proposals should be in separate email messages mentioning the following subject lines:

Technical Proposal: UNDP/RFP/15/2021- Technical Proposal- {Bidder’s Name}

Financial Proposal: UNDP/RFP/15/2021- Financial Proposal- {Bidder’s Name}

               

Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
