Dear Bidders,
We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Event Services to UNDP Malaysia. The purpose of this RFP is to hire a local firm to provide event management service
Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2 in preparing your Proposal.Interested firms should email their technical and financial proposal in separate emails. Financial proposal email should be password protected and password shall be submitted upon request by UNDP Procurement department. We will request for password of firms who pass the technical evaluation.
Deadline to submit the offer is by 12:00 pm on 25 June 2021 to the email [email protected]
As refer to the above, we will organise a Pre-bid conference as per below schedule:-
