Sr. Program Manager is responsible for programmatic, financial, and operational activities related to a counter-trafficking program in Morocco; this is a Rabat-based position for one year. 
Principal Duties/Job Responsibilities 
-Responsible for the day-to-day management of a counter-trafficking program in collaboration with field staff. 
-Accountable for all timely, accurate, and compliant in-country programmatic monitoring and reporting.
-Managing/assisting volunteer legal specialists and consultants, and convening, organizing and participating in training opportunities in Morocco.
-Maintains proactive communications with DC-based ROLI staff and ensures timely and accurate updates on programs’ activities, achievements, and shortcomings. In area where program shortcomings are identified, creates and implements corrective action plans to improve performance.
-Ensures compliance with donor, ABA, federal, state, and local laws/regulations while managing the program. 
-Provides leadership, coaching, counseling, feedback, performance appraisal, and, where appropriate, applies corrective actions to an assigned team.
-Performs other related duties as required.
-Assists in reviewing actual to planned budget performance.
-Creates operational analyses and produces recommendations to make course
corrections as needed. 
-Other responsibilities include the development of proposals in collaboration with field and DC-based staff.
Basic Qualifications and Interests-
Masters’ degree or Juris Doctorate from an accredited college or university, at least six (6) years of program management experience, work experience outside of the United States,
and work experience on criminal law topics, including trafficking in persons.
Preferred Qualifications and Interests 
-Supervisory experience. 
-Proficiency in Arabic or French.
