Job Summary/General Purpose of Job
Duties include managing, directing, and evaluating specific technical and managerial projects on a day-to-day basis. This includes managing assigned projects and making recommendations based on independent analysis of the data in hand. Additional responsibilities include generating reports and providing detailed analytical information on departmental project assignments and initiatives.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Supports upper management/members by providing accurate and timely information/reports on specific projects, activities and department initiatives.
Manages special projects, programs and initiatives for the leader, department and/or the Association.
Manages and coordinates a specialized function(s) that requires expertise in a particular area(s) and the use of independent judgment.
Directs and reviews the work of a staff person(s) or temporary staff when required
Performs other related duties as required.
Required Education, Qualifications, Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred (Equivalent experience would include a minimum of an additional 3 years of the type of experience listed below).
Must have working knowledge of appropriate software tools as well as strong internet research skills.
Must possess 3+ years experience that demonstrates specialized knowledge and skills in an assigned field.
Must possess strong communication skills.
Must be able to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Performs other related duties as required.
