Due to the National Holiday of Eid al-Adha in Iraq between 20 July 2021 and 23 July 2021, all
interested potential bidders are hereby notified that:
1. The bid submission deadline has been extended from July 22, 2021 to July 25, 2021.
providing extra time to potential bidders to submit their bids.
The interested bidders are kindly requested to adhere to the above new criteria and submit their
bids before the deadline accordingly.
This Addendum 01 forms an integral part of the RFQ-252-21. All other Terms and Conditions in
this RFQ will remain unchanged.

Will be Conducted (Mandatory Requirement) The site visit is mandatory. All interested bidders are requested to conduct the site visit. The bid will not be considered for those bidders who will not conduct the site visit and will not be included in further evaluation and will be rejected. All interested potential bidders to attend the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior to sending the formal bid to UNDP. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
