The Role
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, and in close coordination with the Project Coordinator, the Community Mobilizer (CM) is responsible for engaging the community, creating trust-based relationships and facilitating project’s activities in the various implementation areas in Bekaa. Under direct line management of the Oxfam “SEE Change” Bekaa Project Manager, she/he will be responsible for the organization of activities in Bekaa region, ensure local participation and ownership and timely and quality delivery of activities and outputs.
The CM is expected to work closely with the Active Citizenship & Good Governance and Economic Justice programme teams and the Oxfam Policy team towards common objectives and to report to SEE Change Bekaa Project Manager. The CM is expected to be stationed in the Zahle office with daily travels to various areas in Bekaa region.
