UNDP Vietnam kindly invites Vietnam based firms/institutes/organizations to submit quotations for Long-term Agreement for the Maintenance services for the Crack ACs of the Green One UN House (GOUNH) at 304 Kim Ma street, Ha Noi

- Bidders should refer to Section 2 of the Request for Quotation for the detailed instruction
- Deadline for quotation submission: 29 July 2021 (Hanoi time)
- Quotation should be submitted by email to: [email protected]
- Quotations shall be quoted in Vietnamese dongs (VND) and inclusive of VAT and other applicable indirect taxes
- Bidders should refer to the List of documents to be submitted for proposals preparation
- Quotation shall remain valid for 90 days from the deadline for the Submission of Quotation
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Request for Quotation with detailed technical requirements in Annex 1 as well as Quotation Submission Forms (Annex 2 & Annex 3) are in the attached files.
