United Nations Office Development Programme Libya now invites quotations from offerors for the Provision of Aircraft Charter Flight Services.‎

Quotations may be submitted on or before on or before 26 August 2021, 14.00 hours Tunisia time, ref. www.greenwichmeantime.com.

Quotations to be sent at [email protected] with reference number RFQ/LBY/PD/2021/050- Provision of Aircraft Charter Flight Services

Bidders shall include the following documents in their quotation:  

1. Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form duly completed and signed 
2. Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer duly completed and signed 
3. Registration certificate 
4. Copy of Air Operator Certificate of the proposed air operator 
5. Details of aircraft with a capacity between 75-80 passengers with consideration to COVID-19 measures. 
6. Mandatory requirements stated in the RFQ 

Please note that no remuneration will be made to bidders for the preparation and submission of offers/quotations.
