The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ethiopia is currently implementing a CO Support to Nationally Implemented Project that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in the uploaded TOR.

Expected Start Date: Immediately after Signing of the Contract
Your proposals should be submitted on or before the date indicated in this E-Tendering Event.
The proposals shall be submitted through the online e-Tendering system. Offers submitted via email or other methods shall not be considered.

The deadline for submitting a query for clarifications/ questions is three days prior to the submission deadline
In consideration of your qualifications, we are hereby inviting you to submit an offer for this particular assignment. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have included hereto the following:
• The Terms of Reference for the assignment described above;
• The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability, which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP, with password encrypted; and
• The Individual Contract and its General Terms and Conditions, which you would be expected to sign in the Event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process.
Interested individual consultants must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications:
• Duly accomplished Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability using the template provided by UNDP;
• Personal CV or P-11, indicating all relevant and similar previous experiences, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Applicant and at least three (3) professional references;
• A cover letter is indicating a brief description of a) why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment; and b) how he/she will approach and complete the assignment.
• d) Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive daily price, supported by a breakdown of costs, as per template provided.
IMPORTANT: While entering the financial proposal in the e-Tendering system, always mention your bid price as “1”. Please do not mention the value of your financial proposal in the e-Tendering system. It should only be mentioned in the Password-protected forms on Offeror’s letter to UNDP confirming Interest and Availability for the Individual Contractor (IC) Assignment form.
