Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experiences from a senior management position in a humanitarian/ recovery context
- Experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
- Experience as a head of mission or coordinator of INGO forum
- Knowledge of coordination and advocacy
- Fluency in French, English, both written and verbal
Personal qualities
- Knowledge of the context in the Sahel is appreciated
- Experience from advocacy work
- Experience with start-up
Salaire
Contract period: 1 year
Duty station: Bamako, with 10% travel to the field.
Salary/benefits: competitive benefits package as per NRC’s general directions
Grade: 9 according to NRC Grade structure
