RFQ21/02361 Design and Installation of Photovoltaic Panels on public buildings

Synopsis : United Nations Development Programme hereby invites you to submit your quotation for Procurement of Development of Designs and installation of Photovoltaic Panels on public buildings under the Distributed renewable electricity generation demo project, as detailed in this RFQ.

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted directly in the system responding to the questions and uploading required documents by the date and time indicated in the online portal.

Quotations may be submitted on or before 30 September 2021, 16:00 (Moldova local time).

It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.

Quotations must be submitted directly in NextGenERP supplier portal following this link: http://supplier.nextgenerp.partneragencies.org/ using the profile you may have in the portal.

The interested bidders are invited to get acquainted with the locations of the proposed Objects where Photovoltaic Plants shall be installed: Object 1: on 20.09.2021, 11:00 (Chisinau time), N.Testimițeanu street 51, Singerei, Moldova. Object 2: on 21.09.2021, 11:00 (Chisinau time), Alexandru cel Bun street 16, Sculeni village, Ungheni Rayon, Moldova.

This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP which will in the future replace the online eTendering system currently in use.
