Creative’s Talent Apprentice Internship Program (TAP) is a paid internship program that offers rising university/college seniors and/or MA candidates in their final year of study the opportunity to work at Creative during the year as a paid intern in their field of academic study. Prospective interns will be interviewed competitively and hired into the program and/or functional division.

Creative’s TAP Internship program is open to current full-time undergraduate seniors or final year graduate students who will graduate within twelve months of the internship start date. The potential candidate should be eligible to work in the United States. Undergraduate first-year students, sophomores, and juniors are not eligible to apply.

Position Summary:

Creative Associates seeks a personable and highly motivated HR intern to support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities. If you are currently completing your undergraduate or graduate degree program and are ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources, build real-world experience with HR administration, and coordinate HR procedures, this is the internship for you. The term of the internship is one year or less. Interns will work a maximum of 24 hours per week.

Special Project Assignment:

The US is evacuating and hosting Afghan Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) applicants. Creative Associates is committed to supporting our former employees with the requirements for SIV and P2 programs.

Reporting & Supervision:

This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Under the guidance and supervision of the Associate Director, the intern is expected to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in the Administration of the SIV/P2 process and submission;
  • Assist in extending HR letters of recommendation;
  • Assist with employment verifications;
  • Track and monitor progress and deadlines for SIV/P2 cases;
  • Proofread HR documents, employment verification letters;
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events, including new staff orientation and engagement programs;
  • Assist in the development of corporate surveys and HR Analytics;
  • Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Human Resources, or any other similar degree
  • Strong analytical, writing, editing, and planning skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Excellent technology skills;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; and
  • Solid skills in using spreadsheets (Excel), word-processing software (Word), document production (Adobe), signing hub, and presentation (PowerPoint) software.
