Program Officer – FL-0342-02

The Chief of Staff provides high-level support to the Assistant to the Administrator (AtA/RFS), and serves as an advisor and critical link in the communication between the Front Office, staff, and other stakeholders. This position provides strategic advice and thought leadership on RFS operational areas, strategy, vision-setting, and implementation through consultations with staff, issues analysis, tracking and evaluation of key program management targets
