The Global Humanitarian Surge Platform is looking to hire a resilient, top notch humanitarian professional in the field of Programme Development and Quality as a Deputy Team Leader for Programmes.  
 
The ideal candidate should have extensive prior experience in a Senior Management role working in a complex intense Emergency Response setting, plus experience in senior level representation. 
 
The role requires proven experience in leading and managing big multi-sectoral and multi-national teams; remotely and on the grounds.  In addition to being well versed in managing multi-donor and multi-site programmes.  
 
The incumbent must be proficient in at least one of these languages – French, Spanish, or Arabic in addition to English.
