ABA-ROLI MEL Associate

ABA ROLI MEL Office is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to support ROLI MEL efforts for activities across the organization. This is an entry level position with opportunity to learn and grow as the associate will be involved in a wide range of MEL activities, support maintenance of the performance management system, and the organization wide MEL Community.

Job Summary

Serves as the supporting function to ROLI MEL efforts, including creation and implementation of tools and templates for use in design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning for activities across ABA ROLI. Supports evaluation efforts and department level MEL initiatives. Supports maintenance of the performance management system, and the MEL hub. Provides administrative support to knowledge and learning events, internal evaluations, and trainings. Reviews organization-wide data for quality standards and helps troubleshoot annual or quarterly reporting.

Responsibilities

· Supports creation of tools and templates for planning, data collection, and monitoring by programs. Supports maintenance of the ROLI performance management system (Devresults).

· Supports production of data dashboards, proposal documents, program reports, and learning products. Updates the MEL Hub Supports online and in person spaces for exchange of knowledge and learning, such as the MEL hub, learning events, and brownbags.

· Provides initial quality reviews for specific MEL products.

· Reviews organization-wide data for basic quality standards and helps troubleshoot annual or quarterly reporting.

· Supports MEL recruitment and staff training efforts.

· Provides administrative support to internal evaluations.

· Supports learning and reflection activities on ROLI level.

· Participates in and documents ROLI events related to MEL issues.

· Performs other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

· Experience Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

· Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or classwork relevant to monitoring, evaluation, learning, data collection or analysis. Relevant foreign language such as Spanish, French, Arabic, or Russian

Extent of Travel Required in the Job

As a normal course of business, this job will typically require travel of up to 5% of the time.
