UNDP is seeking for 02 National Consultants to identify, develop and complete standardized costs for biodiversity monitoring in protected areas in Vietnam.

Objectives:
The objective of this consultancy package is to support the BCA identify, develop and complete standardized costs for biodiversity monitoring in protected areas in Vietnam, with specific objectives:
- Standardized costs with consistency to procedure to biodiversity monitoring via set of indicators at the national level and at the PA level developed
- Standardized costs for biodiversity monitoring tested
- Legal documents (Circulars) regulating standardized costs for biodiversity monitoring formulated and submitted for approval
