Implementation Risk and Compliance Lead

Location: Any VSO location

Role Overview:

The Implementation Risk and Compliance Lead will play a key role in the Grant Financial Management of projects globally. You will provide expertise on budget, expenditure and compliance management to project teams, and systems, tools, guidance, and reports to implement award terms and conditions, mitigate risks, promote data-led management decision-making, and improve the quality of accountability that is in line with donor rules and regulations, VSO’s policies and procedures, and volunteering for development approach.

Ideal Applicant Summary:

The ideal applicant is a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent level of experience with extensive post qualification experience. You will have an extensive experience in risk and compliance management for major donor awards and leading geographically dispersed teams and managing professional and collaborative relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
