Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
– Research and develop training curriculum and materials for in person and virtual training.
– Facilitate and coordinate individual development programs in collaboration with department leadership, as requested.
– Provide technical support for virtual and video training.
– Manage the training scheduling and registration process and facilitate the procurement of the resources necessary to complete communicate and implement training.
– Conduct needs surveys and recommend training program enhancements and new training opportunities.
– Execute training plans and activities under the direction of HR Management.
– Conduct the language skill evaluation for applicants seeking employment.
– Performs other related duties as required.
Required Education, Qualifications, Experience
– Bachelors degree from a four year college or university with a major in organizational development, human resource management, or a related field; or the equivalent of four years experience in developing and presenting training and development programs.
– Advanced to superior proficiency in English and Spanish in written and spoken forms.
– Strong interpersonal skills: ability to interact with all levels of the organization and offices, and effectively deal with various departments.
– Minimum of three years of professional training and development experience.
Preferred Education, Qualifications, Experience
– Training certification a plus.
– Previous experience working in a non-profit or vulnerable populations.
– Strong organizational, time management, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, strong upfront and group presentation skills, facilitation, influencing skills.
– At least (1) year of providing human resources support to an HR department in an organization providing bilingual services through bilingual (Spanish) employees.

Typical office environment.
Travel Requirements
As a normal course of business, this job will typically require travel less than 5% of the time.
