YOUR PROFILE :
- You hold a Master’s degree in related field (political sciences, humanitarian work)
- You have at least 3 years relevant experience in program development, fundraising, and donor engagement and 4 years experience in senior management positions in international NGOs
- You demonstrate experience in programming in complex environments with good grasp of geopolitical, socio-economic, humanitarian, and security contexts
- Written and oral communication English
- You know how to Manage and lead a multi-cultural and multi-sector teams, on-site and remotely
- You Know how to position yourself so things can move forward (One team; Leadership; Roles and responsibilities; Making decisions; Taking risks), and are capable to simplify and prioritise (Deciding not to ; Adjusting effort ; Structuring)
- You master Advocacy and networking techniques
Salaire
CONDITIONS:
- Starting date : January 2021
- Length of the contract: 36 months
- Employee status, according to experience:
Employee:
- Salary from 3220 € gross/month regarding the experience of the candidate
- Perdiem allowances : 543.03 (net)
- Insurances: health coverage, planning, repatriation, retirement (if senior volunteer).
- Paid holiday : 25 days per year
- R&R : Level 1 : 1 day per month
- Status : position open to family, couples, unaccompanied
- Housing : Individual taken in charge by HI
