Salary £48,000 – £54,000 per annum

Location Home-Based – in the UK (candidates from one of our 5 country programmes will also be considered). If in the UK, then we would consider the role being office-based in Frome or London, pending re-opening of ADD offices in line with COVID-19 pandemic protocols

The Director of Finance & Operations is a lynchpin of the organisation and whilst the primary tasks are around financial management, in having oversight of IT, HR and office management in the UK, and in the provision of financial and operational support to international offices, this role is a vital support to all other members of SMT.

Role Context

We are looking for an experienced Finance and Operations Director to lead the planning, management, control of and accounting for ADD International’s finance and operations functions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The postholder will take responsibility for the overall financial performance of ADD International, from planning through to accounting, and lead the setting, monitoring and control of the financial plan.

To succeed in this role the postholder will have significant experience of leading a finance function within an international development organisation. They will also have experience of working at senior management level and managing varied funds from a range of different donors.
