The objective of this volunteering opportunity is twofold; a) to invest in fresh graduates who are seriously committed to pursuing career in development, and willing to learn, b) to provide, in person, support to PPI programming team in Egypt through assisting in;

Implementing of project activities; training, coaching, job fairs and exhibition activities
-
Following up with partners, and consultants to ensure their adherence to PPI standards of projects implementation.

Tracking indicators , through close and careful reading for projects’ M&E forms according to PPI and donors requirements.

Assisting in both qualitative and quantitative data collection used for conducting different needs assessment.

Conducting literature reviews and desk researches to inform proposal design processes, when requested.

Supporting in the development of all communication and visibility materials
-
Documenting various meetings by taking notes, filling transcripts, and follow-up emails.

Any other tasks assigned by the project director/manager.
Qualifications
Education
Fresh graduates of and social science majors; Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Political Science, Intl’ development, or any related social field.
Experience
We are not looking for experience hear . thus, the focus will be mainly on the personality, attitude and the willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Arabic; spoken and written.
- Ambition, Attention to details, and Motivation
- Ability to innovate, create and think outside the box.
- Eagerness to learn, not to just act as requested.
- Personal ability to deal, in a humble and dignified way, with both partners and beneficiaries.
- Ability to work under pressure and Sensitive to cultural differences
- Passion to work in the development field; Willingness to help people
- Advanced user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel to the field; Upper and/or Lower Egypt governorates and villages
Time Commitment Full time (40 working hours per week).
