Assignment: Support FSL department in implementation of FSL activities

Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Implement FSL activities (Agriculture, Cash for Work, Small businesses).

  • Carry out beneficiary’s identification, registration processes in accordance with the program guidelines (Agriculture, Cash for Work, Small businesses)

  • Follow up cash for work activities and coordinate with supervisor, and fill the attendance sheet on daily basis.

  • Hand the tools to Cash for Work beneficiaries and make sure all related documents are well archived and shared with supervisor.

  • Implement both the voucher and/or in-kind distribution and redemption processes, and submit all the necessary documents accurately on time

  • Monitor the quality of agricultural inputs

  • Co-facilitator for technical trainings (farmers field school, Cash for Work, Small businesses)

  • Regularly monitor program activities progress against program work plan promptly identifying any current or potential delays and provide timely inputs and feedback to the supervisor.

  • Support the team in the data entry.

  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to supervisor.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

· Minimum, university degree.

· Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, working with as a team member.

· Previous experience in NGOs is desirable.

· Good computer skills including MS office and data entry skills.

· Knowledge of using KOBO and Google registration forms.
