Position: Receptionist and archiving Officer
Location: Seiyun, Yemen
Length of Contract: 10 Months

RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Organizing the visits of the center’s auditors.
§ Archiving and storing files for electronic and paperwork in an easily accessible format when needed.
§ Any other tasks related to archiving and file storage.
§ Maintain confidentiality of information and ensure it is stored in a safe place.
§ Enter auditors’ data in the electronic forms and what is related to them and archive them.
§ Exporting periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) as requested by the Line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Institute of Secretarial and Office Management, Administrative Sciences or Equivalent department.
§ Minimum 2 years-experience of working.
§ Good level in Office and statistical programs.
§ Good English skills.
Good experience in dealing with e-mail and correspondence
