Young Peacebuilder, International Human Rights Advocate

Tokyo, Japan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. When I determined that I would devote my enthusiasm and desire to spread happiness and joy to the end of the world by advocating social equity, human rights, democracy and freedom, I decided there was no time to waste. Having a keen interest and ambitious career goal in the field of human rights, I feel as though I am ready to move to the next stage of my career development. Therefore, I am eager to involve myself in an international professional working environment, which would be a prominent start-point for my future career in this vital field.

Despite my limited experience in an actual professional position, I have gained and improved valuable skills through voluntary work since university. Throughout the past time, while building and developing my communication skills in hospitality and services, I have had some remarkable involvements that I have listed in detail in my attached resume.

Through my experiences, I feel that my biggest strengths are my ability to organize, provide clerical support to colleagues and communicate with people from all backgrounds. I understand this is a competitive field that requires high responsibility with a lot of pressure. However, I believe such difficulties would not become an obstacle to my inquisitive spirit and desire to make a meaningful difference with my day-to-day work. Having a solid educational foundation and an international outlook in human rights and global emerging issues as well as experience in studying and working in diverse environments with Vietnamese, English, and Japanese, I am confident of being a matched missing piece that you are looking for.

I have included my resume for your consideration, and I am looking forward to a chance to discuss with you further about this opportunity.

Sincerely,

Duong Bich Huyen
