Experience / Training
You demonstrate 4 years of higher education in a field relevant to the job, or equivalent experience
You are fluent in French, English (mandatory). Luxemburg and German are an asset.
You demonstrate at least 10 years’ experience of managing funding and/or development/emergency aid projects abroad or at NGO headquarters
Autonomous and adaptable, you are used to working in matrix organization
You are recognized as rigorous and organized : you have the ability to prioritize and manage complex files
Networking and lobbying is something you enjoy: you have excellent interpersonal skills.
You share and embody HI values: humanity, inclusion, commitment, integrity.
Salairy
Type of contract: PERMANENT Remuneration Package: includes a gross monthly salary, 13rd Month, restaurant vouchers 8.40 euros.
