LOCATION: Home-based Consultancy with online meetings as required and agreed with the contract supervisor

HOW TO APPLY: Your online application should contain four separate attachments and should be uploaded under the relevant sections as designated on the online application form:

1. In a single word document please share your 1) Cover Letter and 2) Brief methodology document outlining how the deliverables will be achieved in accordance with the outlined deadlines every month. This word document to be uploaded under the cover letter section.

The consultant will be selected as per the criteria outlined below:

 

1          Educational qualifications Max Marks 5

2          Relevant professional experience in similar assignments, with              bilateral/International/UN agencies            Max Marks 10

3          Extensive knowledge of social development sector,                              specifically in YuWaah’s priority pillars.

Consultants should be familiar with reporting formats and consolidating updates across large programmes  Max Marks 10

4          Proven relevant skills in data collection/validation, analysis                  and report writing  Max Marks 15

5          Sample of previous work and review of the Methodology                   document Max Marks 20

 

Candidates who score 42 marks and above in criteria 1 to 5 to be shortlisted for an interview

 

6          Interview Max Marks 20

 

            TOTAL MARKS 80

 

Candidates who score overall 56 marks and above out of 80 to be considered technically responsive and their financials will be opened.

 

 

FINANCIAL PROPOSAL – PRICE

20 point are allocated to the lowest priced proposal, based on day-rate. The financial scores of the other proposals will be in inverse proportion to the lowest price.

• Reference checks of the successful candidate, who will be offered the consultancy will be done

 

 Any attempt to unduly influence UNICEF’s selection process will lead to automatic disqualification of the applicant.
