Education
- MA in social sciences, law or related field
Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in protection programming, including for refugees
- Prior experience working with UNHCR funded projects
- Demonstrated experience in staff coaching and training
- Strong experience with case management
- Experience in protection monitoring is an asset
- Prior experience in working in a complex emergency setting, involving displacement and armed conflict.
- Strong experience in working with community-based protection mechanism.
Professional Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Experienced in working with SMART tools (ODK and/or Kobo)
- Strong experience with case management
- Experience in protection monitoring is an asset
- Strong experience in working with community-based protection mechanism.
Languages
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Arabic would be asset (read and write)
