MAGENTA is social and behavioural change research and communications agency operating globally from the Middle East to West Africa. MAGENTA specialises in understanding human decision-making processes in order to design communications solutions for sustainable and scalable positive change in fragile and conflict-affected settings. MAGENTA is working across a range of sectors including but not limited to; education, early childhood development, gender, livelihoods and governance.
Using the latest in behavioural science principles and a rigorous approach to research, strategy, campaign design and implementation, MAGENTA designs and implements social and behaviour change communication (SBCC) interventions to support development actors to achieve their objectives. MAGENTA‘s services range from formative research, strategy development, creative development, campaign management to monitoring and evaluation and capacity building.
Overview and Objectives
MAGENTA develops innovative and creative multimedia campaigns that seek to inspire audiences, generate public discourse and impact people’s attitudes and behaviours. This requires developing compelling creative ideas that can cut through the noise and resonate at an emotional level.
MAGENTA is therefore looking for qualified firms and / or individuals who can provide local creative services in the following countries, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Mali and Tunisia.
Scope of work

Developing media plans based on specified buy, for TV, radio, outdoor and social

Requirements
MAGENTA is requesting interested agencies and /or individuals to provide the following:
Cover Letter (1 page)
- Provide a summary of why the agency is qualified to provide the required services (as listed above), and its alignment with MAGENTA’s ethos.
Supporting documents:
- Company Profile (or Individual Profile for individuals applying)
- Relevant Case Studies, particularly those highlighting any work in the social sectors. Include links to content.
- In-house expertise (Organisational Chart or list of positions)
- CVs of the following where available (Art Director, Creative Director, Brand and Content Strategist, Account Directors/Managers, Producers, Writers and Editors, Videographers, Web Designers and Developers, Graphic Designers)
- Local license (for companies only, not individuals)
Methodology for responding to a creative brief
- Outline steps involved from receiving the creative brief from the client to developing a campaign strategy
