● 3+ years of work experience in the HR field.
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field
● Experience working in the DRC legal and cultural context (or similar contexts)
● Knowledge of career development approaches and expectations
● Experience in Human Resources Management.
● Ability to multi-task and juggle several tasks and relationships at one time.
● Excellent communication skills Required
● Fluency in French required; Swahili and English a plus
