Position Title: Third Party Monitoring Officer/Experts

Department: International Operations and Services

Reports to: TPM Program Manager

Type: Consultants / Remote

i-APS is seeking a Third-Party Monitoring Officers / Experts for an ongoing work. i-APS has well-defined TPM processes and the TPM officer/expert consultant would be expected to form a part of a team, learn, understand and carry out tasks systematically and as outlined in the Detailed Activities section below.

Phase 1 Activities

· Undertake document review of key project documents

· Conduct internal Key Informant Interviews if needed in support of report development

· Adapt i-APS TPM standard data collection tools to assigned projects

Phase 1 Deliverables:

· Develop Project Work Plan

· Data Collection Tools (including Beneficiary Survey, FGD, KII, Observation Checklist tools)

Phase 2 Activities

· Review TPM field data (collected by a field team of researchers)

· Prepare draft and final TPM reports

· Present draft and final TPM reports internally and prepare the field team to present them to project Implementing Partners

Phase 2 Deliverables:

· Final updated TPM Report

· For every 2 to 3 TPM reports, submit a summary lessons learn short document.

General Activities

· Work is conducted remotely

· Attend regular TPM virtual coordination meeting among the staff members (Jordan / Iraq / Lebanon / Yemen / Libya and Somalia time zones)
