Our people-centered approach produces actionable results to help our clients and partners improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their work.
i-APS is looking for a Data Analyst to provide Technical support to our data management team. A data analyst include track data flow from field monitors to the finish stage (presentation) to ensure a high quality reports.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and maintaining data systems and databases
- Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing data in a format that can be easily read.
- Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data.
- Collaborating with programmers, managers and projects’ leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
- Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators.
- Using new technology tools (Google Data Studio Dashboard) for visualization and presentation.
- Any other task as assigned by administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, Statistical Analysis, Information Management or any other related field.
