Expériences / Formation
- Bachelor or master’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in humanitarian project development and donor relationship (including experience in consortium development)
- Excellent written and oral communication – Synthetic and analytic thinking
- Expert in proposal development (logframes, budget & narrative)
- Fluent in English, French is an asset
- Knowledge of donor rules and regulations, analysis (donor environment, geopolitics) and ethical positioning
- Experience in negotiation and representation (internally and externally) – advocacy and networking techniques
- Leadership of multi-cultural and multi-sector teams, on-site and remotely
Salaire
- Starting date : 01/03/2021
- Length of the contract: 6 months renewable
- Employee status, according to experience:
Employee:
- Salary from 2972 € gross/month regarding the experience of the candidate
- Perdiem : 456.01 net/month
- Hardship allowance : 500 net/month
- Insurances : medical hearth coverage, retirement planning, repatriation
- Paid holiday : 25 days per year
- R&R : Level 3 : 5 days every 6 weeks
- Status : position open to unaccompanied
- Housing : Collective taken in charge by HI
