Why Coffey?

As a leading global development consulting firm, our purpose is to contribute to a world where people, communities and the planet thrive.

Coffey International Development works with governments, businesses and NGOs to solve complex development challenges. Our dedicated team helps partners including DFAT, USAID and the Asian Development Bank to deliver effective and sustainable projects in more than 80 countries around the world.

The Program

The Fiji Program Support Facility (the Facility) was established in 2017 to support and implement Australia’s aid programs such as health, education, Australia Awards and governance in Fiji. The Facility also supports the Australia Awards and education programs in Tuvalu. The Facility integrates cross-cutting themes, including gender equality, disability and social inclusion, climate change, emergency preparedness and response and civil society engagement, across sectoral programs. As part of its management of aid programs, the Facility supports design of new activities and programs, and review of existing activities and programs through monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). The Facility also conducts research in response to partner requests or where it is required to support Facility activities.

The Facility’s Management Unit (FMU) maintains design, MEL and research capacity focused on delivery and management of high-quality development activities. Periodically, the Facility supplements this capacity through short-term inputs.
