RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure a sound, fair and transparent finance and HR management by providing accounting, financial and HR management consistent with the ACF financial and HR management framework or the legal framework. Coordinating its implementation at all bases in order to provide the best possible support to programmes.
More precisely, you will be in charge of:
- Contribute to the definition of mission strategy
- Ensure high quality accounting and cash management for the mission
- Provide financial and budgetary management
- Supervise the staff administration and payroll
- Provide expertise for the recruitment and training of all employees and promote career development
- Ensure a coherent organisation of work and establish a policy of compensation and benefits
- Implement collective rules and communicate internally
- Prevent and manage fraud and corruption
- Promote and ensure financial and HR collaboration and coordination with mission partners
- Manage the Finance & HR team in capital and be Technical/Support Manager of Finance and HR officers/managers in the bases
REQUESTED PROFILE
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an NGO
- Perfect command of Microsoft office pack, especially on Excel
- ACF experience in Finance would be a strong asset
- Experience in remote management is an asset
- Fluent English is mandatory
- French and/or Arabic an asset
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS / SALARY
Status: 12 months extendable provided by ACF according to the French legislation.
Remuneration and benefits :
- Monthly gross salary from 2400EUR to 2800EUR upon experience.
- Country allowance 150EUR
- Per diem and living allowance: net, field paid.

- 16% of monthly gross salary as reimbursement of retirement insurance for non-French citizen.

- Child allowance, limited to 5 children.
Transportation and accommodation:
- Coverage of transportation costs to and in the mission.
- Individual room in guesthouse covered
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of medical expenses + repatriation insurance.
Leaves and RnR:
- 25 days of paid leaves per year.

- 20 RnR per year.

- 215 EUR at each RnR period (averagely every 3 months).
- Coverage of the transportation expenses to the RnR area of reference
Training :
- Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge ©.
- Technical trainings at HQ or regional level (averagely 1 per year).
- Opportunity of coaching or mentorship.
- Participation to external trainings costs upon eligibility of the request.
