About Crest Point:
Crest Point for Consultancy and Development is a consultancy company that provides services in M&E, capacity building and financial services in different countries including Yemen, Turkey, Syria, Iraq, etc. Currently, we are looking to develop a database of Turkey experts who would like to be contacted for individual consultancies either short-term or long-term assignments. Experts would include M&E professionals in addition to experts in different technical sectors (WASH, health, education, protection, livelihood, etc.)Assignment Purpose.- Based on the profile of the consultant and based on his role in the project, the Turkey/Turkish consultant will be asked to support Crest Point team in a number of tasks including:
- Participate in the design of the appropriate M&E methodology suitable for the project and the context in Turkey
- Participate in the draft of tools and appropriate methodology
- Participate in meetings with potential clients
- Participate and support the monitoring team in data analysis and report drafting
- Attend any meetings with potential clients
Education and Experience Desired:
- Bachelors or higher degree
- Excellent working knowledge of English
- At least 4 years experience in each category, M&E or technical expert.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of large-scale projects
- Experience working with different donors such as USAID, OFDA, DFID, EU, NMFA, etc.
- Proven experience in PCM and Logframe approach;
- Have an excellent understanding of the development or humanitarian sector
- Have deep understanding of the political climate in the Middle East, particularly Yemen, Syria, Turkey and Iraq
- Good knowledge or related experience in the MENA region
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
