Expériences / Formation
Training:
- University degree in civil engineering, architecture or similar
- Technical training in water supply and treatment, sanitation and hygiene
- Strong experience in WaSH and/or Shelter Project management
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years as a WaSH or Shelter project manager
- Minimum of 1 year in programme coordination experience
- Experience in technical assessment
- Successful experience in expatriate team management and multi-sectorial programs
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent technical structural calculation skills
- Excellent network calculation and water analysis skills
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Good knowledge of donors (BPRM, ECHO, OFDA, AFD, CDC, UN agencies, etc)
- Good knowledge of procurement and contracts management processes
- Software: Pack Office, Autocad (or similar)
- English mendatory

- Leadership and ability to make decisions
- Ability to be assertive, if necessary
- Ability to analyse (judgment, practicality) and to synthesize
- Ability to adapt
- Organization, discipline, and compliance with deadlines
- Outstanding ability to listen and negotiate

Salaire
- Employed with a Fixed-Term Contract
- Monthly gross income: from 2,220 up to 2,530 Euros depending on the experience in International Solidarity + 50 Euros per semester seniority with PUI
- Cost covered: Round-trip transportation to and from home / mission, visas, vaccines…
- Insurance including medical coverage and complementary healthcare, 24/24 assistance and repatriation
- Housing in collective accommodation
- Daily living Expenses « Per diem»
- Break Policy : 5 working days at 3 and 9 months + break allowance
- Paid Leaves Policy: 5 weeks of paid leaves per year + return ticket every 6 months
