How can you make a difference?
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
- University degree in social sciences, international relations, law, management and business administration or other relevant degree;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience and demonstrated knowledge of peacebuilding, enhancing social cohesion, communications and outreach, as well as programme/project management;
- Sound knowledge and understanding of information technologies, communications and media knowledge;
- Understanding of the overall political, administrative and institutional context of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Knowledge and practical experience in the area of strategic planning, civil society engagement, communications and outreach, stakeholder cooperation, and project cycle design, management and implementation;
- Ability to work independently as well as with teams;
- Fluency in English and languages of BiH with excellent drafting and presentation skills is required.

Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
